Our deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy in the AEC industry. Global accuracy on the site where this scanner was operating was 3/16 of an inch over 70,000 SF of scan area. We can scan anything anywhere, from the ground or sky, using photogrammetry and/or LiDAR as necessary. We can deliver in any point cloud format (PTS, XYZ, LAZ, LAS, E57), and/or any architectural format (Revit, CAD, etc).

10 Day Turnaround Scan to BIM
This job was completed start to finish in 10 days. We started by scanning a vacant restaurant space, developing that into a cleaned, registered point cloud with 1/4" accuracy, and processed that into as-built drawings with floorplans, elevations, sections, and all visible structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing detail.

Site Plans
We use aerial lidar to capture dimensional detail through dense foliage, rugged terrain, and in dark shadowed areas that are more difficult than with photogrammetry. We can join together these site plans with interior architectural models to create comprehensive 3D models in Revit. Many modelling agencies will only model buildings, not land, but we believe joining the land and buildings is critical for the client experience.
We Make it Easy
There are many ways to create 3D models from scratch. We spent years of trial and error and hundreds of thousands of dollars on drones, lasers, photo and video sensors, GPS and other geolocation devices, targets and markers, supercomputers and other alignment tools and software so we could make it look easy.
